Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 7u78 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other access method — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the 7u78 platform in any capacity.

Your continued use of the 7u78 platform following any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Eligibility

Account Registration

To access real-money features of the 7u78 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 7u78 at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, or using different payment methods or devices — is strictly prohibited. 7u78 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate account is detected, all associated accounts may be suspended, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

7u78 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any point: a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo ID; a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 7u78 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method linked to your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 7u78 are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via supported institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each method are displayed at the point of transaction.

Deposits made via supported mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 7u78 account balance promptly upon payment network confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to clear depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. 7u78 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or mobile wallet provider.

All funds deposited into your 7u78 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party for use on the platform, is strictly prohibited. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
